BURKE TOWN SCHOOL HOURS: 8:00 A.M. - 2:55 P.M.
Important Upcoming Dates- June 5, 7, 12 & 14: Outdoor Club Mountain Biking, 3:00-5:00 pm - students need to be picked up at 5:00 pm at Vermont Children's Theater, Darling Hill Road.
- June 5: 4th Grade to Shelburne Museum - Students leaving BTS at 6:30 am and returning at 5:30 pm.
- June 9: OneBurke FREE Community BBQ - 5:00-7:00 pm at the West Burke Park.
- June 10: Student Showcase Night and FREE Family Dinner.
- FREE family dinner from 5:00-6:00 pm - As part of their Project for HOPE, the 8th grade Fighting Community Hunger group will prepare and host a free dinner consisting of a variety of pizzas and salads. Students will also showcase the work they have done this year to combat hunger in their community.
- Showcase Schedule - 5:00pm-7:00pm
- Prek-4th Grade: 5:00-5:45 pm
- 5th-8th Grade: 5:45-7:00 pm
- 5:45pm-6:15pm: 5th-8th band concert- location gym
- 5:45pm-7:00pm: 6-8 Present (Students in the band will present 6:15-7:00)
- June 11: 6th & 7th Grade Trip to Blue Man Group, Boston, MA. Leaving BTS @ 8:15 am and return at 9:30 pm.
- June 12: KSOP Community Service Day
- June 12: BTS End of the Year BBQ

- On campus service students eat from 10:30-11:30 (Grades: 2, 3, 4 & select 8)
- Off campus service students eat from 11:30-12:30 (Grades: K, 1, 5, 6, 7 & select 8) - June 13: KSOP Activity Day
- June 14: 8th Grade Trip to Funtown/Splashtown and Escape Room. Leaving BTS @ 7:00 am and return time 8:30 pm.
- June 17: 1st Grade Family Breakfast - 8:00 am
- June 17: 8th Grade to the Mountain for Rehearsal. Leaving BTS @ 8:00 and returning by 12:30 pm.
- June 17: 8th Grade Graduation - Burke Mountain Hotel @ 6:00 pm
- June 18: 8th Grade Graduation Luncheon - Burke Mountain Hotel, bus departing BTS @ 10:45, returning @ 1:30.
- June 18: Panther Meeting @ 8:45 am - 8th Grade families invited.
- June 19: Last Day of School - Early Release
- June 19, 20 & 21: Professional Development Day for Teachers
- July 1-5: Burke Middle School Humanities Camp
