Hello, my name is Chrissy Provost and I am so excited to join the BTS community this fall as the third grade humanities teacher. I grew up in Burlington, VT and attended Champlain College for Elementary Education with a concentration in literacy. Since I was in Kindergarten I knew that I wanted to be a teacher and as I went through school my passion for educating children and being another person for them to count on, grew stronger and stronger each year. I recently just got offered a spot on the board of the Vermont Council on Reading to represent the NEK and to strengthen my skills as a literacy teacher, in which I was honored to accept. In my free time I enjoy running, hiking, and practicing yoga. I also enjoy spending time with my fiancé Ben and my bunny Lila at our apartment in St. Johnsbury. I am so excited to learn and grow this next year with the BTS community and have a meaningful and fun school year!

Ms. Robillard:  For the past 12 years I have been teaching at the Burke Town School.  This year I will be teaching mathematics to the 4th and 5th grades as well as providing math intervention to grades K-5.  I look forward to spending the year instilling a love for learning and mathematics in all of the students I work with.   When I am not in the classroom I am spending my free time exploring the outdoors with my husband Gregory and our two children; Harrison and Ella.
