Sarah Kresser skresser@cnsuschools.org I was born in Toronto Canada and moved to Vermont in 1986 to teach French at Burke Mountain Academy. After teaching at BMA for five years, I worked at Lyndon State College for 15 years, teaching part-time in the Psychology and Physical Education departments and working in the Academic Support and Counseling Centers. In 2005 I came to Burke Town School where I have worked in Special Education and Literacy Intervention. I am currently the Reading Recovery teacher and Literacy Interventionist for grades K and 1. I absolutely love my job and feel lucky to be part of such a strong, supportive community. My husband John and I live in West Burke with our children Ryan (19) and Keara (16) and our 2 labs, Chester and Eider. Other than teaching reading, my passions are running, mountain biking and snowshoeing. |
